CARTER, Phyllis Edith May (nee Ryerse) – suddenly at her home on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 in her 68th year.  Beloved wife of the late Roy Carter (2016).  Loving mother & grandmother of Cheryl Curado (Jason Joseph) of Simcoe, their sons Jace & Lucas.  Predeceased by her son-in-law George Curado (2005).  Phyllis will be sadly missed by her brothers Stan Ryerse (Carol Millen) of Vittoria & Lawrence Ryerse of Simcoe.  Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by her parents, the late Charles (1990) & Jeannette (1995) Ryerse.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Phyllis with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Monday, November 6th, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
