EASTON, John Douglas – surrounded by his loving family at the Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 in his 71st year.  Loving father of Jeff Easton of St. Catharines, Greg Easton (Teri) of Waterloo and Amy Loucks (Doug Walsh) of Vittoria.  Cherished grandfather & great grandfather of Tyler (Brooke), their son Bentley;  Jessica (Kenny), their children Aurora, Kallie & Lawrence;  Amy Lynn; James; Dylan; Emily & Madison.  John will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Bonnie Antkiw and Kevin Easton (Heather), both of Simcoe.  John will be sadly missed by his special friend Sheila Botting of Simcoe.  Predeceased by his parents, the late Ralph & Dorothy Easton.  A private family service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to donate in memory of John are asked to consider the Cancer Support & Resource Program or the Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
