WHEELIHAN, Francis Alexander “Frank” – surrounded by his loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Friday, March 17th, 2017, one day prior to his 74th birthday.  Cherished husband of Noreen Whyte of Windham Centre.  Dear father & grandfather of David of Guelph, his daughter Sydney & Steven of Vancouver, his son Tyler.  Frank will be lovingly remembered by Noreen’s daughter Angela Whyte of Guelph and by his sisters Anne New (Les) of Campbellville & Margie Wheelihan of Vancouver.  Frank will be sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Tisha of Pickering, and by several nieces, nephews, extended family & many friends.  A celebration of life will be planned for spring.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Frank are asked to consider the Alzheimer’s Society of H-N or the Cowboy Crisis Fund.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
