Death Notices

PALMATIER, W. Lowell – passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday, January 29th, 2017 in his 74th year.  Son of the late William & Phyllis Palmatier.  Lowell will be lovingly remember by his brothers Roland Palmatier (late Betty) of Burlington & Ian Palmatier (Cindy) of Park Hill and by several nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by siblings;  the late Gail Manley (late Al), the late Nancy Osaer (Rudy) of Delhi, the late Nelson and the late Phillip (Elizabeth) of Delhi.  A private interment of ashes will be held at a the Delhi Cemetery at a later date.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe entrusted with arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Lowell are asked to consider the Norview Lodge.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
