KENDRICK, Mary “May” (nee McGhie) – surrounded by her loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 in her 93rd year.  Cherished mother of Robert Kendrick (Nancy) of Simcoe, Donald Kendrick (Sue) of RR.1 Simcoe and Bruce Kendrick (Kathy) of Tillsonburg.  Loving grandmother & great grandmother of Anna Kendrick;  Sam Wilson (Stephanie);  Matthew (Heather);  Mark (Sara), their son Lucas;  and Mitchell (Olivia).  Predeceased by her brothers Robert & Harry McGhie.  May had a passion for sports.  She loved golf and was a long time member of the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, Simcoe.  May was also voted into the Norfolk Sports Hall of Recognition as a member of the Simcoe Stars women’s fastball championship team.  A private family graveside service will be held in the spring.  Those wishing to donate in memory of May are asked to consider the Arthritis Society.  Donations may be made through the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. N.
