FRANCE, Patricia Marie (1937 - 2015)  - passed away at the Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton on Friday, April 10th, 2015 in her 78th year.  Loving mother & grandmother of Carol Judd (Tim) of Straffordville, children Stephanie (fiancé Matt DeCorte) & Kyle;  Lynn Long of Simcoe, son Nathan;  Richard Smith (Shawna) of Simcoe, children Braedon & Jesse;  Michael Smith (Lucie) of Courtland, children Chantel & Dylan; and Joan Crawford (Roger) of Simcoe, daughter Lindsay.  Lovingly remembered by her brother-in-laws Roger Dias (Roseann), Bill Williams and by several nieces, nephews and extended family.  Predeceased by her parents, the late Wilbur & Ethel France, and by siblings Betty Dias, Ruth Williams, Jim France (Joan) & Richard France.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Pat with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe on Monday, April 13th, 2015 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  A memorial service will be held in the chapel following visitation at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ron Mullin officiating.  Interment of Ashes:  Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, Leamington at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Pat are asked to consider the Arthritis Society of Ontario.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
