HENRY, Vera Irene (nee Cole) 1935 - 2015 – passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Saturday, March 7th, 2015 in her 80th year.  Beloved spouse of Tony Van Splunder and the late J. Leon Henry (1988).  Loving mother of Russell Henry (Cheryl) of Simcoe and Pattiann Baigent (Mike) of Smith Falls.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Leon Henry;  Jared Parker;  Lyndsay Parker (Tony Tullio), daughter Navona;  Christie Hutchinson, son Nicholas; and Michael Hutchinson (Natacha), daughters Nicole & Faith.  Vera will be lovingly remembered by her sister Mary Churchill of Brantford.  Predeceased by siblings Donna Sibbick, Dorothy Floyd, Helen Bonney, Doris Crago & Bruce Cole.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Vera with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Tuesday, March 10th, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Parish prayers will be said Tuesday evening at 6:45 p.m.  Vera’s funeral mass will be held from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 211 Union St. Simcoe (corner of Queen & Union St.) on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr.
