FRANCISCO, Joaquim de Jesus (1954 - 2014) – surrounded by his loving family at his home in Simcoe on Thursday, August 14th, 2014 in his 60th year.  Cherished husband of Julia Francisco (nee Correia) of Simcoe.  Loving father of Gorretti Francisco of Simcoe and Jason Francisco (fiancée Ashley Arruda) of Ancaster.  Dear brother of Jose Francisco (Maria), Albero Francisco (Maria) and the late Jorge Francisco (1989), all of Portugal.  Joaquim will be lovingly remembered by Julia’s family, her siblings the late Damiao Correia (Maria du Ceu), Maria Curado (Ramiro), Joaquina Correia (Antonio), Belmira Da Silva (Manuel), Arminda Cortez (Joao) and many extended family.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Joaquim with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Sunday, August 17th, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Parish prayers will be said Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m.  Joaquim’s funeral mass will be held from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, corner of Queen St. & Union St., Simcoe on Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr.
