THORNE, Jacqueline Rachel “Jackie” (nee Smet) - passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Tuesday, July 29th, 2014.  Cherished wife of Robert Charles "Bob" Thorne of Simcoe.  Predeceased by her son Ron (1975).  Dear mother of Bobbi Stavert (Jim) of P.E.I..  Loving grandmother & great grandmother to Ron (Erin), daughter Mady, Jamie Webb (Corey), Kadie Lidstone (Cody), daughter Zoey;  and Walter.  Jackie will be sadly missed by her sister Joanne Baker (late Lloyd) of Simcoe.  At the families request, all services will remain private.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Jackie are asked to consider the Cancer Support & Resource Program.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
