SWAIN, Marie Elizabeth (nee Naylor) 1948-2019 – passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, July 11th, 2019 in her 72nd year.  Beloved wife of Norman Swain of Simcoe.  Loving mother & grandmother of Chris Swain (Scarlett) of Toronto, children Clara & Violet;  and Eleanor McAlpine (Michael) of London, children Gordon & Lucy.  Marie will be lovingly remembered by her sister Claire Turrell (Clive) of England and by her nieces Kirsty (children William & Ben); and Charlotte (Pro), children Oliver & Joshua, all of England.  Marie was the Coordinator of Volunteers for the Norfolk Association for Community Living prior to her retirement.  Friends are invited to celebrate Marie’s life and share their memories at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe on Friday, July 19th, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.  Personal reflections will be shared at 2:00 p.m.  Refreshment will follow at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, 200 Argyle St. Simcoe after 3:00 p.m.  A private family interment will take place at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Marie are asked to consider the Cancer Support & Resource Program.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
