YOUNG, Sharon Elaine (nee Coates)  1950 - 2018 – surrounded by her loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018 in her 69th year.  Beloved wife of Rick Young of Simcoe.  Loving mother & grandmother of Ken Cooper (Annette) of Delhi, children D’Artangan, Brandon & Amber; and Chris Cooper (Tammy) of Vittoria, daughters Paige & Presley.  Sadly missed by her brother Randy Coates (Nancy) of Renton and the late Gail Anderson (Wayne) of Port Dover.  Lovingly remembered by several nieces, nephews & extended family.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Sharon with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Friday, October 12th, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ron Mullin officiating.  Private family interment of ashes at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Sharon are asked to consider the Lung Association or the Simcoe & District Humane Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
