DOUGLAS, James of Delhi at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday, August 26th, 2018 in his 88th year.  Beloved husband of the Late Betty Jane (Jenkins) who predeceased him in 2011 and Helen Evelyn (Mudford) in 1977.  Loving father of Laverne Douglas (Late Jean) of Delhi and Cheryl Fraser (Late Tom) of Renfrew.  Dear grandfather of James (Susan) and Candice.
