BLAYNEY, Dorothy “Jean” – passed away at the Dover Cliffs Long Term Care Home on Wednesday, July 11th, 2018 in her 96th year.  Predeceased by her parents, the late Percy Blayney (1944) & Mabel (Wilson) Blayney (1969) and by siblings Alice Lewis, Ruth Stalker, Helen Blayney, Gordon, Fred, Merrill and Harry Blayney.  Dear friend of the late Fern Foster.  A private interment will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery, Waterford at a later date.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe, in care of arrangements.  In honouring Jean’s memory, those wishing to donate are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
