LAWRIE, Robert James (1968 - 2016) – suddenly at the Hamilton General Hospital, one week following a motorcycle accident on Sunday, June 19th, 2016 in his 48th year.  Cherished husband of Vicki Lawrie of Simcoe.  Predeceased by his parents, the late James & Mae Lawrie.  Dear brother of Susan Stewart (late George) of Simcoe, Karen Sinkowski (Pat) and John Lawrie (Lynn), all of Port Dover and the late Edith Chamberlain.  Robert will be sadly missed by his brother-in-law Jay Chamberlain of Waterford.  Lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews, family & many friends.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Rob with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Rob’s funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ron Mullin officiating.  Interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Rob are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Cancer Support & Resource Program.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
